Rowan Gossedge
Information, Technology & Communications Lead
Rowan was appointed as an Acute Medicine Consultant in 2023 at East and North Hertfordshire NHS trust where he has ended up with a focus on quality improvement, service redesign and trainee lead. He helped organise the SAMontheCAM conference in 2025. He went to medical school in Southampton, and trained in the East of England.
Previously Rowan was an RCP Chief Registrar, training program trainee rep, and held multiple senior roles in the Junior Doctors Committee including being part of the team who delivered the 2019 contract changes. He has a track record of innovation and improvement.
In his spare time he is a rugby referee, reads history books and spends time with his young family and cavapoo Albie.
