The next SAM Educational Evening takes place on Wednesday 29 January 2025 from 7.30-8.30pm on High Consequence Infectious Diseases for the Acute Medic. The webinar will be presented by Dr Tommy Rampling and Dr Claire Gordon.

Learning Objectives

– Learn about the different types of viral haemorrhagic fevers, how they may present to hospital and how to manage them
– Understand which risk factors are important to ask about in returning travellers when considering viral haemorrhagic fevers
– Learn about when to suspect and management of other high consequence infections including clade I mpox

1 CPD point will be applied for.

The webinars are free to attend for SAM members. Non-members are required to pay a fee of £15.
